How to bind sets of keys into mouse button?

Hi, I am just wondering how do I set up a sets of key pressed for example in Safari, triggering tab overview is Shift + Cmd + \ , onto my mouse button 4, so by hitting mouse button 4 in Safari it will trigger the Tab Overview. Thanks
