How do you disabale horizontal scrolling system wide?

How do you disable horizontal scrolling system wide, something similar to what you could do with Magicprefs?

Does anyone have an answer for this? I am on the Trial right now and would buy just for this one option! Horizontal Scrolling drives me crazy! Thanks

BTT does currently only allow to disable horizontal single finger scrolling:

This feature does not appear to work - either globally or on a per-application basis.

I have the same problem!
Wanted to disable scrolling for Adobe InDesign. Does not work.

Should be working again in the latest alpha version of BTT. However this only affects Magic Mouse scrolling!

It is very intermittent, it horizontal scroll is sometimes disabled, sometimes it's not.

MagicPrefs has not been maintained for years, but still this one thing they got right. I'd love to use BTT (which I paid for) but I'm staying with MagicPrefs as long as this is partly broken.
