I just purchased the app and only used for 10 minutes. How do I go about getting a refund?

Send an email with the order id to andreas@folivora.ai, refunds happen within 14 days after the license was last active.

Note: if a lifetime license is refunded, BetterTouchTool can never be used on the machine that activated the license again.

Hello, Andreas, I purchased BTT on Dec 28, 2023.
Seconds after the order is placed, I discovered an upgrade code which can save me $8 dollars, so I followed the refund process by sending an email with order ID to andreas@folivora.ai.
I would like to purchase again with the discount code, however, I just saw the note that
