How do I enable a trigger only for a specified part of the day?

Hi,

I have a very simple recurring time based trigger that runs every 5 minutes. What's the easiest way to set this up to run only during specified hours of the day/week?

I would think that an AppleScript could do this using if statement. Have BTT run the AppleScript
