I want to allow myself to use SHIFT+OPTION+/ in other applications with keyboard short cuts, but I need to kill the OS-level shortcut first which places a leading, upside down question mark ¿.
¿Any ideas?

if you override it in BTT it will execute the action defined in BTT instead of the system action.
But that requires that I define some action in BTT. I just want the shortcut available for other applications. It'd be cool if there was a: "Bypass OS short-cut" action.
Unfortunately I don't think that is possible.
