How could I get a refund?

Hi there,
I purchased the app few days ago, after few days, I go to decide to get the refund.
I already sent refund request to andreas@folivora.ai , it's 3 days already without any response.

This is my order information

order ID (sent witn the mail)

Bought the app about 5 days ago.

make sure to uninstall the app completely, refunds will be processed a few weeks after the license was last used

Thank you so much, I already "move to trash" the app 3 days ago.
But you said, "uninstall the app completely" made me confused, is that "move to trash" is completed uninstall, or I need to do anything else?

moving to trash is fine!

But refunds can take a while (that‘s why there is a 45 day trial)
