I want to create a shortcut that enables me to go forward 10 sec on a track on Spotify (like Shift + Next Track/F8). This shortcut should work from wherever app I'm in (Safari, Word etc...).
If you assign this command within ALL APPS using your trigger, you can activate it from anywhere. However, I believe these are the default 5-second intervals set by Spotify.
