How can I backup the whole app BTT into my external memory?

I'm a WindowsOS user, so I'm very unfamiliar to control my Macbook, so help me...
I found my Macbook is sometimes controlled by something, so I decided to format the whole HDD.
I did backup the "file.bttpreset" to my external memory.
But I wanna also backup the whole app BTT, because (it's risky because the app also might be contaminated by the malware but) I hope to not purchase BTT again. I just wanna use it without paid subscription monthly, of course without any app's update, once-payment has satisfied me, I'm not a heavy user of Macbook.
But I failed to search for how to backup the whole app BTT to any external memory... Plz help me...

Best create a copy of this folder:
~/Library/Application Support/BetterTouchTool (go there via Finder => Go => Go to Folder, make sure to include the ~)

And this file:
~/Library/Preferences/com.hegenberg.BetterTouchTool.plist

They contain all of your setup and your license.
