Yo!
So, I made a small widget that allows you to quickly toggle between your personal Hotspot and your usual Wifi.
At least, that's how I use it, in fact it just checks to which Network you are connected and then connects to the other one 
but practically it does what I want it to do

Connected to your Hotspot:
As usual, holding it brings up a dialogue box asking you to provide the name of your Hotspot and your Wifi 
You should need to do so only once!
