This would be great!

At the moment i'm using swipes to hide / bring back the app:
2 Finger Swipe Up (Over Dock) -> Activate Currently Hovered App in Dock
Action 2 -> Use Apple Default or Do Nothing
2 Finger Swipe Down (Over Dock) -> Activate Currently Hovered App in Dock
Action 2: Send Keyboard Shortcut Option-H
