"Hide if no player is running" does not also hide the BTT touchbar

Describe the bug

With "Hide BTT Touch Bar if nothing to show" enabled and a Now Playing Widget with "Hide if no player is running" checked as the only global widget, the BTT touch bar still shows (it just has the X button).

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):

I can't seem to reproduce anymore. I think perhaps it sticks around initially (IE: switching to other apps still shows the blank toolbar with the X) but when you hit the X button it'll go away and the builtin touchbar stuff will return as expected.
