Hide BTT is not working correctly

BTT version 4,630 macos Ventura 13,6,7

I am having this bug for a long time. When I hide BTT, the app name in the menu bar changes to the next frontmost app, but the configuration window of BTT pops-up again (with no focus).

In this video you can see the behaviour. Finder takes the focus after hiding BTT, but the configuration window pops-up again:

unfortunately that behavior is necessary to workaround a long standing macOS bug related to apps that don't have a Dock icon by default but still need to show a menu bar when their UI is opened. I'm currently not aware of a good workaround ;-(
