I'm confused with these options. What is long press duration for? What is max quick release time for? And the other ones?
these have been there for a while, they define the behavior of the generic "action categories":
"Filter Keyboard Chatter" is mostly for defective keyboards where a single key press causes two characters to appear. You usually do not want to use that.
