there is a message that no multitouch capable trackpad found in BTT screen.
i use macbook pro.

Do you have a valid license installed? (See the about screen in BTT)
I have the same problkem after installing a time machine backup on a new macbook. 
make sure your license is still valid for the version you installed. What is shown in the about screen in BTT?
"This license will receive free updates until 19. Apr 2020"
Ok then that's not the issue 
Restoring from time machine regularly screws up the file permissions of the files in ~/Library/Application Support/BetterTouchTool/
You could try to fix them or delete that folder - then BTT will create them again with the correct permissions however your settings will be gone. To open that folder use Finder => Go => Go To Folder, then paste the path including the ~)
The permissions should look like this (right-click file, click "get info"):
