I'm using BT with a program called EM Client. I've configured a rule that is activated in that app when I press a certain keyboard shortcut. What I want it to do is to activate context-sensitive menu for a piece of selected text and choose the Format option and then Strikeout. I've got it defined as "Format;Strikeout;" but when I press the keyboard shortcut, the context-sensitive menu comes up (so I know it's activating my rule) but nothing happens after that - it doesn't choose the Format option and its Strikeout option. What am I doing wrong?
not all apps do support BTT‘s context menu triggering, especially cross platform apps almost never work
sometimes you can try to send keyboard events to navigate through the menu

Is there any way to check if I'm doing something wrong vs. the app not supporting it? And can you point me to a description of how to send keyboard events? thank you!
