Group Doesn't Open when Modifier Button Pressed

Hi, I'm experiencing a bug where if I create a button which only appears when a modifier button (option) is pressed, and which is designed to open a group not shown when the modifier button is pressed, the button does not work. This may sound like a very niché issue, but I've designed this so I can access certain groups even if the BTT bar is hidden by default for a specific application. The only workaround I've found so far is to copy and modify the group to appear when the modifier button is pressed, but this is a pain to keep doing every time I edit the group. I'd really appreciate it if there's a way to fix this! Thanks!

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MacBook Pro 15" 2017
  • macOS version: 10.13.3
  • BetterTouchTool version: 2.523

Note: Before bug reporting, please make sure you have the latest version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS Console.app from the "User Diagnostic Reports" section.

Unfortunately this is "by design" as the groups are completely separate from their triggers.

I'll check whether there is an easy way to add this as a feature in the future.

Ok thank you! I found a quick workaround by duplicating the group, making it not visible, and making it only appear when Option is pressed. Then I made an independent button to open the group. But another option would be great!
