Native Apple Touch Bar Icon Pack for BTT

[btt-namechange] About this pack: I've found most of Apple's native touchbar icons in "/System/Library/CoreServices/SystemAppearance.bundle/Contents/Resources/Assets.car" and exported all I could find with https://github.com/alexzielenski/ThemeEngine/releases.
