Free trial has suddenly ended.

I installed BTT not long ago, and there were still about 30 days left in my free trial.

Today, when I opened Parallels, a message suddenly popped up saying the free trial has ended. Anyway, as I'm so grateful to have found BetterTouchTool that I can finally use macOS as a usable computer machine without AutoHotKey, I was going to buy the lifetime license. So I did!

weird, maybe parallels tried to sync the system time and changed it or something like that? The trials automatically end if the system time changes unexpectedly

This is exactly what has happened to me a few hours ago. I've opened Parallels and it had changed my system's date back 5 days. After a time re-sync all was fine, except that I've got a message saying my trial has ended. I've only used it for 28 or so hours, I haven't even decided if I like my new magic mouse, let alone this program. Is there a solution for this?

sorry, significant date changes will always cause the trial to stop. There is no way around that.

Ok, thank you for your response. I saw that you have a return policy valid for 14 days, so I've acquired a license. By then I should know if I like this mouse or not .

PS: hopefully you will do something about this Parallels issue too. It's really frustrating to know you're not in the wrong but still paying the consequences. Nowadays you can't really authenticate anywhere or use all webpages if your computer date is not correct

unfortunately this would be something parallels would need to fix, why would it ever change your Macs date?

Fair enough

Sir, without this software, my Mac is really turned into scrap metal, but the software is really too expensive for me, a Vietnamese who doesn’t have enough to eat. Can I pay in four months?

Sorry I can't offer different prices/payment options for different countries.
