Hi all. I searched but could not seem to find the answer to my question. I'm sure I'm just missing it.
I am starting to use the Next Events / Reminders Widget. I've set the background color to black (to match the Touch Bar) but would like to change the font color. No matter what I select in the widget's "Common" settings, the font color never changes from white.
What am I missing?

To modify the widget further than what the included options in "Common" you could find the widget's source code JSON and include your own modified copy. "font_color" is the json key. Additionally, you can apparently use external scripting to modify properties of the widget but this hasn't ever worked for me despite persistent trying. I do think Golden Chaos uses external scripting in this manner so it isn't impossible!
Not sure if you meant this, but if you're modifying the font color in the widget's common settings and nothing is happening, I bet it's just a bug that can be fixed by some workaround like the above solution or restarting.
Yes, this is what I meant, and restarting my computer worked! I had already tried restarting BTT, which did not help, but a full computer restart did the trick. Thanks @Conrad!
