Currently, the list of apps and conditional groups is becoming quite extensive. It would be beneficial to have the ability to create expandable groups. Additionally, it would be advantageous to have two versions of the app list: one for organizing and another for conditional groups. The conditional group version could include a visual indicator, such as a symbol, to signify that actions are applicable to all apps within the group.
While two types of groups may pose a slight complexity for some users, it would simplify the overview of conditional groups directly within the app list. This would allow users to see the apps directly and easily drag them to the conditional group.
For the time being, it would be helpful to have expandable groups, similar to the Finder's list view of folders, to enhance the overview.
Another consideration is the potential for errors when manually entering the app names of a conditional group. Many apps have unconventional spellings or require specific keystrokes, which can lead to mistakes.
It took me several years to comprehend the concept of conditional groups, as I was afraid of the all the options in conditions.
Would make it a lot faster when adding lots of the same ones.
