Floating Menus don't always respond to first click

Maybe my case:

Actions in text selection menu mostly don't work (but sometimes yes)

Maybe wrong description - but it still doesn't work. I make selection, try to do some action from menu and got nothing. If comment op should change marked text, it not change it and menu stay on the screen.

is for the same reasons?
