floating menu in fullscreen mode

The floating menu i had used to work and show up in macOS fullscreen mode. Like a fullscreen app or even a fullscreen YouTube video, the floating menu used to show up on top and now it doesn't, since the new update.

What setting do I need to change to make it show up in fullscreen again?

it's working as it should be (as it was before the latest btt update) now , after updating macos.
