▎ Subject: Floating Menus flicker / linger in background / keep capturing keys after closing

▎ My Floating Menus misbehave:
▎ - On the second trigger, the menu flashes open and immediately closes.
▎ - It seems to stay "open" in the background even when not visible — key presses still trigger the menu's item actions.
▎ - Sometimes it appears when I click into another app.
▎ - Happens with both "Show Floating Menu" and "Toggle Floating Menu" actions.
▎ - It started after I duplicated/copied menus. I deleted the duplicate/backup menus and restarted BTT, but now both of my Floating Menus are affected.

▎ Repro: trigger the menu twice in a row.
