Describe the bug
Hey there. I have two triggers for trackpad. Three finger click and three finger tap mapped out to middle click.
Sometimes it triggers both single click and middle click. So when I click a link in a browser it both opens a new tab (executed the middle click) and follows the link in that tab I'm currently in.
This happens sporadically. I can't figure out a pattern on why it's happening. I thought I was not pressing with three fingers and I tried being careful to do that and the issue still persists. I really can't tell when it will happen, but it does every few times per hour.
I tried disabling the three finger tap trigger and the issue still persists.
Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
Device track pad and Bluetooth one.
Device information:
- Type of Mac: Macbook pro 14inch, M1Max
- macOS version: macos Monterey 12.5.1
- BetterTouchTool version: 3.874 stable and alpha, but it's been happening for a while (4-5 months) now. I've been updating BTT in this period and the issue still persists.
