I always have my menu bar hidden, but some apps often position new windows or resize existing windows (that are previously fit to the whole screen) with a gap at the top of the screen the size of the menu bar. Is there something I can do with BTT to automatically resize any window that is sized that way (left bottom and right sides are at edges of the screen and top is 22 px down from the top of the screen) to fit to the screen?
