finding old license/preferences

Ive reset my Mac and would like to transfer my settings/license accross.

Where can I find them in the file directly/email for my license?

you can copy the ~/Library/Application Support/BetterTouchTool folder (go there via Finder -> go -> go to folder, make sure to include the ~)
