Finder "New File" context Menu Item

Hello,
using the Extending Finder Context Menu | BetterTouchTool Documentation
It kind of worked but sometimes I got error in the context menu.
I found a solution in the forum, suggesting to run this to fix it

pluginkit -e ignore -i com.hegenberg.BetterTouchTool.BTTFinderContextMenu

and it seems it worked.
Now I have a doubt. I have my “New File" context menu but also “New Untitled File" that shows a list of predefined untitled files.

Is this intended? Is something else causing it? Because I couldn't find this setting in the preset, nor in the forum or official documentation. So, maybe it is is intended but undocumented?

this is not coming from BTT unless you have configured it, maybe some other finder extension?

Indeed, it was Markedit if anyone else will stumble upon this in the future
