Finder doesn't recognize trackpad triggers

No trackpad gesture works on Finder. Extremely disruptive to my regular workflow as I depend on a 4-finger click to trigger cmd+tab for switching back and forth between 2 apps.

Tried restarting, updated to alpha, re-created the trigger, nothing works. All other apps recognize trackpad gesture triggers, just Finder doesn't.

  • Type of Mac: MacBook Air 15" M4 2025
  • macOS version: Tahoe 26.5.2
  • BetterTouchTool version: 6.960

Finder is in no way special, thus my first guess would be you accidentally disabled BetterTouchTool for Finder:

Thank you! This was it. Though I don't understand how it got enabled, as I hadn't opened BTT in days and was working correctly up until yesterday.
