After manually launching Filemaker pro, I use a keyboard shortcut to enter my login and password. But it stops with this small selection window (see screenshot). If I click on the word "Shortcut" the trigger restarts and everything works normally. But how to avoid the appearance of this small window?

I think that's a BTT conflict menu. This means that two actions/macros have been assigned the same shortcut. That's why BTT asks you which one you mean. So find the other macro and change the shortcut.
