File;Open Recent menu item does not work in Numbers

Hello, in Numbers File;Open Recent does not open the "Open Recent" Drop Down List of recent files.
I even tried triggering a Keyboard Shortcut in Mac OS sonoma settings but it does not work with Open Recent
