You might need to restart BTT after importing it. It should look like this when clicking the icon with the three circles:
I just noticed the icon section was hidden for context menu items inside of a dock item. That is fixed in 5.599
In one of the next versions I'll make it so the context menu is also integrated into the native dock item context menu that appears on right-click. Currently it will only show on left-click.
