BetterTouchTool currently offers inspector views (Visible Windows, Hovered UI Element, Focused UI Element) only by manually clicking on a button within Advanced Trigger Conditions. This limits their accessibility during the configuration of Conditional Activation Groups. New Actions to show/hide them would allow quick access to these inspectors during trigger setup.
is because they can not be used in Conditional Activation Groups because these properties can not be monitored continuously. In case of advanced trigger conditions they only get evaluated when the trigger is triggered
I was thinking the exact same thing a few days ago β it would be fantastic if Visible Windows, Hovered UI Element, and Focused UI Element were available as actions! These inspectors are amazing toolsr. However, access to them is not yet as optimal as it could be.
Do you have an estimate on when these features might be available as actions? I believe this would greatly improve many workflows!
Would love to see these options added under "View" in the menu bar and context menu!
And also "Add New Visual Separator" and "Add Comment" in the context menu and/or buttons in the Configuration, similar to "Add New Trigger" and "Add New Action" buttons
