Feature Request: Show Tabs in Window Switcher

Could the “Show Window Switcher for Active App” action be extended to support tabs?

Currently, BTT correctly lists all separate windows of an application, but if an application has multiple tabs within one window (e.g. Safari or Finder), only the active tab/window is shown.

It would be great to have an option to display individual tabs as separate items in the Window Switcher, perhaps alongside the existing windows.

This would make the Window Switcher much more useful for tab-based applications.

tabs are complicated because there is no generic way to access them across apps. I could add something like this for some default apps like finder, safari, chrome and similar browers though

Thanks for considering it! Support for the main apps like Finder and Safari would already be a great improvement. I really appreciate you looking into it.
