Fails to install on 16” MBP

After using for some time on 13” MBP have installed BTT on new 16” but the GC presets for the touchbar just won’t complete the installation process. Using either of the current stable build of BTT and GC or the current alpha/Beta combo I select to download/import the settings but I get nothing from that point. Restart doesn’t help.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Using latest Catalina 10.15.4.

Not really helpful, but it does install fine on my 16" MBP with 10.15.4.
Have you tried to delete the preset and re-import?

I managed to just download the preset and manually import. I think it was just taking a while as the preset is a 65mb download and was timing out.
