Episodes of 100 % CPU usage

Describe the bug
BetterTouchTool has regular periods where it consumes 100 % of CPU, roughly half of time it's okay and half it spends in 100 % cpu mode. I attached an Activity monitor sample from a 100 % cpu period.

Try to disable experimental dropbox / icloud sync. It can cause such issues currently and will be replaced by a better solution soon.

Thank you! The sync is great though, looking forward for a fix (I have two macs and having same gestures on both is awesome :))
