Duplicating named trigger creates an extra empty action.

When duplicating a named trigger with a bunch of actions, an extra empty action is added at the top:

I haven't tested around, so I don't know if this only affects multi-action named triggers.

And I can just delete it, so fix this on a rainy day.

FYI: The same happens when duplicating a shortcut key trigger.
