Double-click the window title bar triggered by error

Describe the bug
In any position of certain apps, double-fingers taps the trackpad can trigger the effect of double-click the window title bar. The apps currently include "Preview" and "Email". (It seems that the necessary premise of trigger the bug is that right-click can exhale the menu bar.)

Affected input device:
MacBook Trackpad

Device information:

  • Type of Mac:M1Pro Macbook pro
  • macOS version: 14.1.1 (23B81)
  • BetterTouchTool version: 4.336 (43350)

P.S.I don't know why I can't upgrade to 4.336 (43360)

what effect do you mean?

Do you maybe have two finger trackpad tap set up for these apps (in BTT)?

For example, I set in the BTT to double-click the window title bar to hide the app, even if the cursor is not on the window title bar can trigger this effect, as long as I press on the trackpad twice with two fingers (in the preview and email).

I didn't set two finger trackpad tap/press in BTT.

Same here, running 4.361 I can trigger the conext menu that should be fired on double title bar click basically anywhere by right and then left clicking anywhere using my Logitech mouse.
Just checked it and double right click does the same, even with the built in track pad (MBP16" 2023).
My setup is pretty simple, one keyboard shortcut and the double click are configured.

For example I can trigger it just here in this thread in Chrome.

@Andreas_Hegenberg any update on this?
