I want to remap CTRL H J K L to arrow keys, and have them work in other triggers, as well as shortcuts in other apps. For instance in Firefox I press CMD ALT left to move to the tab to the left, but I can't do CMD ALT CTRL H for that, if I bind CTRL H to left.
