"Disable better touch tools completely" app specific setting doesn't do anything for Mission Control

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
I want to disable my trackpad gestures (3 finger swipe down specifically) and snapping in mission control, but the "disable better touch tools completely" app-specific option doesn't do anything.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
Trackpad

  • BetterTouchTool version: (please post the exact version - not just "the latest one")

Unfortunately there is no programmatic way to detect whether Mission Control is active or not as far as I know ;-( Thus this can not work at the moment.
