Did Open: * triggers with advanced conditions causing issues if conditions are not met

Describe the bug
With the setup shown in the screenshot, Links opened from Mail open in Chrome. Links opened from Notes or other apps get stuck in BTT and don't open any browser.
If I disable both triggers, all links open in Edge (as intended).
If I disable one trigger, the enabled trigger works (links opened in Chrome from Mail/Notes), but links opened from all other apps get stuck in BTT.

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: 14" Macbook Pro 2021 (M1 Pro)
  • macOS version: 12.6.2
  • BetterTouchTool version: 3.989

Additional information (e.g. StackTraces, related issues, screenshots, workarounds, etc.):
Background: As many others, I use different apps and browsers for private/work use cases. It would be very helpful to open links accordingly, e.g.:
Outlook (work mails) -> Edge (mainly used for work)
Mail (private mails) -> Chrome (mainly used outside work)
same for Notes vs. OneNote etc.
