it happend when i turned on auto hide menu bar
and if i max window then the bar shows in the middle of screen
with shortcuts i set it up toggle notchbar -> auto hide menubar-> then it shows like this in the above screenshot which doesnt look bad tbh.
also
can you able to add this feature in menubar ti show that 2nd bar when cursor near it? i think it would look dope in middle of menubar
