Can I map a one-finger gesture to a two-finger scroll action?

I have a physical disability that makes it hard for me to make the two-finger scroll gesture. I am looking for a one-finger alternative. Does anyone know of a way to do this? To expound on my query, I use a few industry-standard CAD/solid modeling apps in my work, but they all use a two-finger gesture or a mouse scroll wheel to control the zoom.
