Custom Touchpad Swipe Gestures

Is it possible to do custom touchpad swipe gestures? Specifically, I would like to make three finger swipe up and then to the left/right a custom gesture.

Yep.
In BTT, go to Trackpad (or press Command + 3). The click the plus button. this will bring up a bunch of options to choose from. Select any of them, eg: 3 finger swipe left, and then choose what you want this to trigger.

I think @Sean_Wang wants to combine multiple gestures to create his own custom ones. This is currently not possible (at least not easily)
