I've created a custom context menu with several Automator workflows that I use in the Finder. I use them as Quick Actions and Services, but wanted an easier way to access them rather than having to dig into a sub-menu of the Mac's contextual menu. The problem is that while the BTT contextual menu works on files and folders selected in a Finder window, it doesn't work if I select a file or folder on the Desktop. The context menu appears on the Desktop, but when I select an item it just shifts the focus to a Finder window. Does BTT not consider the Desktop to be part of the Finder? If not, how can I get the context menu working on the Desktop?
This is on a 2018 MacBook Pro with macOS 14.4 and an Apple Magic Mouse. BTT version 4.433.
