@Andreas_Hegenberg Is there a particular reason why key repeat does not work when a “normal” key (eg 2 --> 19,) is pressed, but works when a modifier is pressed? Or is this a bug?
modifiers are handled in a completely different way. Keeping shortcut repeat active while pressing other normal keys would be quite hard to achieve unfortunately.
I see, that's a shame, but that's the way it is.

But it would require a significant rewrite of BTT's keyboard shortcut handling - which is very unlikely to happen

Then I will probably have to figure out a workaround ... somehow. 
Edit: Okay, that was easy If the “normal” key blocks the keyboard (long press), key repetition works.
And this is how BTT has a solution for almost everything. You just have to find it.
