Creating preconfigured window layout and accessing that with a key shortcut

Hi I wanted a bit of a help creating this, wherein if I prss "cmd + k" it should open up arc on left half and notes on upper right half and mail on the bottom right half.

So basically, is it possible to create a preconfigured window layout of apps with a key shortcut?

you can use the action "Save / Restore Window Layout", however it doesn't launch apps nor open windows that are not already there.
