Create app specific shortcuts?

When working it Apple Numbers app, I have the shortcut CMD+Shift+D to delete a row. I set this by going to System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts and then adding that shortcut inside the App Shortcuts section.

Is it possible to do the same with BBT? I would like to have BBT manage all my shortcuts, especially when I upgrade the computer or something like that, it's simpler to just migrate a preset.

You can use the predefined action "Trigger Menubar Menu Item" in this example you'd enter "Table;Delete Row" to trigger that item.
