I have another app I use and I don’t want BTT to effect my mouse so should I check these boxes or no? really confused about this (essentially i want to make sure the other mouse app I am using has highest priority so that BTT does not effect my mouse)

These are advanced settings, only enable them if you encounter issues with event recognition in BTT
Thank you for the reply but I notice a change to my mouse sensitivity and wan’t to disable BTT from doing this. I unchecked the box and seem to notice more consistency.
this setting is not related to mouse sensitivity and BTT in general doesn't affect mouse sensitivity. However you can leave it checked out unchecked if you want - it won't cause issues in most scenarios.
