I have a Logitch MX Master 3S, and I would like switch from BetterMouse to BetterTouchTool. But I am having trouble configuring the mouse cursor/movement and scrolling settings to feel the same as I have configured in BetterMouse:
Can anyone help me understand how to configure BetterTouchTool to have equivalent settings to the above?
Most of this should be possible, although the scrolling probably needs a bit of experimentation because BTT and BetterMouse use different smoothing algorithms.
One thing I noticed in your screenshot: “Cursor Control” and “Enable DPI Control” are both disabled in BetterMouse. So the greyed-out acceleration/speed/DPI values aren’t actually being applied. In BTT’s Logitech Mouse Configuration, try setting Pointer Speed Mode to “Follow macOS System Settings (Read-Only)” and DPI to 0, which leaves the mouse’s DPI unchanged.
You can also enable High Resolution Scrolling there, select Ratchet Mode and try an Auto Disengage Threshold of 6.
For the scrolling, add “Scroll Modifier: Smooth Scrolling (like Trackpad)” under Normal Mouse. This lets you adjust vertical/horizontal speed, smoothness and additional acceleration. There isn’t a direct conversion for BetterMouse’s Duration, Brake Point and More Smooth settings, so copying the numbers won’t produce the same result.
I’d first tune this under All Apps until the normal scrolling feels right, then add a separate configuration for Parallels with higher speed and more smoothing.
The Shift/Control/Option scrolling behaviors are possible too, but I’d get the basic scrolling feeling right first.
Is the "right button pan" + "pan momentum" also possible in BTT? It's an option where you can scroll freely in any direction by dragging with a button, similar to trackpad scrolling. 
@nino, I have added a panning mode to the "Start Smooth Scroll" action in 6.852 (uploading now).
Just assign the start smooth scroll to "actions executed on drag up (continuous)"
If you want to use it with the right-mouse button and keep the ability to right-click add an additional "Actions Executed on Quick Release" and assign the right-click action to it
GAS! I updated the app and it works 
Panning in any direction works in Framer, Figma, and Atlas (Infinite mode), for example, and vertical app scrolls in general so it is very much similar to BM + the speed customizations which I like.
