condition- active_desktop is 1

theres a condition called active_space is 6 and it works great but unfortunately space number is not persistent

would be great to have condition active_desktop is 1

(desktop from mision controls i mean)

active_space uses the macOS internal space number, you probably want translated_active_space which corresponds to the number you see

thanks Andreas, im sure you are right and want the translated_active_space.

from what i understand this option is not currently available right? ( i tried searching for it in conditions list but its not there)

it is available, which version of BTT are you running?

thanks Andreas, you are right.. i updated it 5.698 to latest one of and now i see the translated one

but now after the update pop up for accessibility doesnt go away..
i tried restarting better touch tool, tried restarting mac, tried removing app and reinstalling, tried removing app using app cleaner and reinstalling and restarting mac after that - popup still doesnt go away

im running mac 15.5 on mac mini i7 and i guess i dont have later mac update

any ideas what else can i do?
it worked before but now all of the stuff i used not working also :frowning:

sometimes the macOS permissions database breaks, in that case try to quit BTT and run this terminal command:

sudo tccutil reset All com.hegenberg.BetterTouchTool

afterwards you‘ll need to grant the permissions again

yes it works now , thanks

last question - if we have condition - translated_active_space

is there also action - switch to translated_space?

for example i would have hot corner to switch to space which has fullscreen application open?

or how would you approach this?

for example i have 4 desktops in mission control and i use hotcorners to switch to them but i cant switch to desktop called VNC viewer (which is a fullscreen app)

In 5.715 alpha (uploading now) I have added two things that might help you:

1.) The "Activate Specific Window" action now allows you to target apps/windows only if they are full screen. It will automatically switch to the space the window was found on:

2.) There is a new predefined action "Navigate / Go To Space Or Fullscreen App By ID Or Index":
